still not sure?
Q: How much does this cost? Cost will always vary depending on your individual business needs, but I can assure you that you will have multiple options and we do offer split payments if that is helpful for you.
Q: What if it doesn't work? Month-to-month contracts. You keep everything we build. If we can't beat your current numbers, we'll tell you to stick with what you have. Most agencies want long-term contracts because their work won't speak for itself.
Q: does the cost include ad spend? Our fees are separate from ad spend and include ad management, creative production, analytics and reporting, CRO work on your landing pages and funnel (or full site if in our Partner tier), and general growth strategy. We can help you decide on your budget for ad spend based on goals and historical data. You control your ad spend budget. We optimize how it's deployed for maximum impact.
Q: Can our team can handle some of this internally? Perfect. We integrate with existing teams instead of replacing them. Even if you’ve got ads dialled, most clients need Conversion Rate Optimization expertise they don't have in-house. Especially if you're driving more than 100,000 visitors per month to your site — each component should run on its own system. Need expert, ongoing Conversion Rate Optimization but not ads? We’ve got you. Need more, better traffic, but your site is already converting well with internal testing? We’ve got you. Need both, full stack? We’ve got you. We'll help you understand the difference in pricing.
Q: What is your onboarding process? How long does it take? We take over your current ad campaigns on day one of onboarding to implement for you what we found in your audit. While we're doing that, we develop a new game plan in the first week. On day seven, that game plan is presented, then we get to work launching net-new assets and ad campaigns. There is no gap in performance or downtime on your ads. This is a seamless integration. We stop what isn't working and double down on what already is. Then we start experimenting through our 12-week cyclical Compound Growth Protocol to dial everything in. If we have availability, we can get started as soon as 3 days from when you sign with us.
Q: How long are my contracts? Can I get out of them? Month-to-month agreements. 30 day notice clause. Most agencies want long-term contracts because their work won't speak for itself. We earn our keep every month or you walk away. While we’re contractually light, we’re big on committing to the process required to affect change. If you plan on committing to anything for less than 4-6 months, we’re not the right fit.
Q: Is there a flat fee or do we pay based on agency performance? There is only a flat fee to audit your business. If you choose take next steps to grow together, we strategize your entire plan of attack then agree on performance-based incentives for our team, based on your business goals. Our fees are separate from ad spend but your contributions cover ad management, creative production, analytics and reporting, CRO work on your landing pages and funnel (or full site if in our Partner tier), and general growth strategy. We can help you decide on your budget for ad spend based on goals and historical data. You control your ad spend budget. We optimize how it's deployed for maximum impact.
Q: Why does this investment seem like so much? Cost will always vary depending on your individual business needs, but I can assure you that you will have multiple options and we do offer split payments if that is helpful for you.
Q: What if we just need a website made? Building a website without having your lead gen and sales system dialed is like investing in a skyscraper made of sand. We will actually audit your business with you to provide insights to help your business cash flow better. A stand alone project starts at $2000 and ranges depending on the tech stack needed, man-power required to deliver quality results in a timely manner, and ongoing maintenance needs. We do offer payment solutions as needed also; however, all projects must be paid in full to begin development.
